Shipping & Distribution Policy

1. Packaging and Handling

Orders are packaged and prepared for shipment according to applicable product, handling, and carrier requirements.

Tracking and delivery information will be provided when an order has been processed and dispatched.

2. Shipping Options

Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are displayed during the ordering process where applicable.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier availability, order processing requirements, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

3. Order Tracking

Shipments include tracking information when available.

A tracking link or tracking details will be sent to the email address associated with the order when the shipment is dispatched. Tracking information may also be available through your order confirmation or account.

4. Receipt of Orders

Customers should inspect their shipments promptly after delivery.

Any visible damage, compromised packaging, incorrect items, missing items, or other order discrepancies should be reported through our contact page as soon as possible.

Please include your order number and relevant details or photographs when reporting an issue.

5. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If an order appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please notify our orders team within 48 hours of the expected delivery window.

Amino Treatment will work with the applicable shipping carrier to investigate and, where appropriate, trace, recover, or replace the shipment.

Carrier delays and circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect estimated delivery times.
